A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide that any person who marries a veteran who has a permanent and total service-connected disability, and who has not been married previously, after such disability is determined to exist shall be afforded educational assistance comparable to that which would have been afforded had the marriage preceded the determination of such disability.
