A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that the widow's or widower's insurance benefits to which a disabled individual becomes entitled before attaining age 60 shall not be less than the amount (71 1/2 percent of the deceased spouse's primary insurance amount) to which they would have been reduced if the first month of such entitlement had been the month in which such individual attained that age.
