Permits claims for damages for economic loss, incurred 180 days or more after the effective date of this Act, to be asserted for: (1) removal costs; (2) injury to, or destruction of, real or personal property; (3) injury to, or destruction of, natural resources; and (4) loss of profits or impairment of earning capacity due to injury or destruction of real or personal property or natural resources to the extent the such damages were sustained during the two-year period beginning on the date the claimant first suffered …
