A resolution providing for the consideration of H.R. 3821, a bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 1980 for intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the United States Government, the Intelligence Community Staff, and the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System, to authorize supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 1979 for the intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the United States Government, and for other purposes.
