A resolution providing for the consideration of H.R. 2859, a bill to authorize appropriations for programs under the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973, to amend such Act to facilitate the improvement of programs carried out thereunder, to authorize urban volunteer programs, and for other purposes.
