A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 4904) to amend the Social Security Act to reform the program of aid to families with dependent children, to make improvements in the standards for eligibility and benefits in the program of supplemental security income, and to provide for the improved administration of both programs, to make related amendments to the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, and for other purposes.
