A concurrent resolution to authorize participation in an interparliamentary meeting between delegates from the Congress of the United States and the Parliament of the Islamic Republic of Iran to discuss matters of concern to the people of both nations, including, but not limited to, the steps necessary to bring about the release of American diplomatic personnel and others detained by militant elements within the country of Iran.
