A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 1310) to provide assistance to improve elementary, secondary, and postsecondary education in mathematics and science; to provide a national policy for engineering, technical, and scientific personnel; to provide for cost-sharing by the private sector in training of such personnel; and for other purposes.
