A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 2615) to amend the Energy Conservation in Existing Buildings Act of 1976 to provide for the weatherization of the remaining eligible low-income dwelling units throughout the United States, to create additional employment in weatherization-related industries, and for other purposes.
