A resolution waiving certain points of order against the conference report on (H. R. 2672) to redesignate the New York International and Bulk Mail Center in Jersey City, New Jersey, as the "New Jersey International and Bulk Mail Center", and to honor the memory of a former postal employee by dedicating a portion of a street at the New York International and Bulk Mail Center in Jersey City, New Jersey, as "Michael McDermott Place," and against the consideration of such conference report.
