A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 1189) to provide additional emergency credit to farm producers; to provide funds to forego foreclosure and defer payment of indebtedness; and to determine damages caused by embargoes on the sale and delivery of agricultural commodities, either through direct embargo or failure to sell competitively; and for other purposes.
