Waiving certain points of order against consideration of the conference report on the bill (S. 2834) to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 1991 for intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the United States Government, for the Intelligence Community Staff, for the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System, and for other purposes, and against its consideration.
