HR 4707 — To prohibit Federal agencies from planning the sale of the Southeastern Power Administration.

HR 3993 — To extend the period for beneficiaries of certain deceased members of the uniformed services to apply for a death gratuity under the Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance policy of such members.

HR 410 — To prohibit the regulation of the use of any tobacco or tobacco product as a sponsor of an event of the National Association of Stock Car Automobile Racing, its agents or affiliates, or any other professional motor sports association by the Secretary of Health and Human Services or any other instrumentality of the Federal Government.
