Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``STEM Education and Skilled Technical Workforce for Fusion Act'' or the ``Fusion Workforce Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Director.--The term ``Director'' means the Director of the National Science Foundation. (2) EPSCoR institution.--The term ``EPSCoR institution'' means an institution of higher e…
